How do I use it?

Soak a Reusable Eco Pad with the fresh eye make-up remover and hold it against your eyes for a few seconds. Gently wipe away, starting at the inner corner of the eye and moving outwards.

    takes off make-up well, but is far too oily

    i bought this about a week ago, and have been using it in the evening everyday. i have been using it to take off my just eye makeup, and while it takes off the makeup quite effectively, it has a very oily texture which i personally don't like.

    Lovely eye makeup remover

    I bought this 2 weeks ago to try and found that it is very gentle on the eyes. It removes eye makeup including normal mascara effortlessly... no burning or skin irritation. I will be purchasing again.

    I was recommend this as a replacement for Garnier's Simply Essentials 2 in 1 Soothing Eye Make-up Remover, which has been discontinued. I found it did not remove the make-up effectively, was not gentle to use and I woke up with sticky eyes the next morning. I would not recommend this product.

    Doesn't even touch waterproof mascara

    I should have researched this product properly before I bought it really as I wear waterproof mascara and this didn't even smudge my mascara when applied with a cotton pad. It did absolutely nothing disappointingly to take off my eye make up so I had to use Vaseline to remove my mascara. In future I need to ensure I've looked properly for an eye make up remover that states it removes waterproof mascara.

    Sadly this didn't remove my mascara and so was rather disappointed. Back to my old faithful Botanics one.

    Need to use a lot to shift eye make up

    I have to soak two cotton pads to remove eye make up and then it takes some rubbing which isn't great for the delicate eye area. I would go back to an oil based remover as this is hard work.

    Have been using this product fir many years - I would never go for anything else! It perfectly removes my eye makeup and doesn't leave any sticky residue - it's brilliant!
