Brightening, fades dark marks and even skin tone

I have been using this product for the past month now as it really has helped improve the appearance of dark marks left behind from spots and has evened out my skin tone. I have not had any breakouts and I do have sensitive skin but from looking at other reviews every skin type I’d definitely different as I have had no breakouts and my skin is brighter and most of all the dark marks are fading.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Nice cleanser, not brightening

This is a really nice cleanser which did the job exactly as i needed it to. This product is marketed as being brightening. I cannot say my skin was any brighter so would not use it for that reason. Maybe in conjunction with the other products in that range it may be but i cannot comment on that. However it worked for me as a general face cleanser.

Awful product caused reaction

I bought the cleanser and the sorbet moisturiser, I have never had sensitive skin or reacted to any products however this brought me out in hives all Over my face and neck, my skin was burning up and felt extremely dry. Would NOT recommend 😩

Horrible product

Great face wash

Easy to use with a very nice smell. It lathers well, rinses off easily and leaves skin clean and fresh, with a healthy glow. The bottle lasts ages, even using it twice daily. Only a small amount is needed

Burnt my skin

I use the vitamin c micellar water from this range every day with no issues, but as I was rinsing this off I noticed some pain, and my face now looks really sunburnt and feels uncomfortable and hot. I do not have sensitive skin or allergies - use with caution!!!!

DO NOT BUY IT/ Not Safe

I bought the Garnier Skin Active Brightening Vitamin C Cream Cleanser from Uxbridge Road Hampton Hill Sainsbury’s on October 1st. After using it just once, I woke up with swollen eyes, redness, and painful skin. I had not used any other new products, so this reaction was caused by the cleanser. The label claims it is “skin-safe” and vegan,” but it is definitely not safe for everyone. I contacted Garnier, and they said they were “taking it as feedback,” even though I explained that many women have had the same reaction. I also contacted Sainsbury’s customer service, but they did not reply or take any action. This product caused me real pain and distress. Do not use it if you care about your skin.
