Not impressed

I have used this moisturiser for the last few months & I am less than impressed. It does not mattify my skin at all & leaves a weird black tinge to my face after application making it look mucky even when I've blended it in over & over. I used Pure Active Matte Control Gel for years & years & LOVED that product so was hoping this moisturiser would be a decent alternative but I was left very dissapointed. I only carried on using it as I hate waste & it didn't cause my skin to have any break outs/reactions hence the 2 stars.

Mattifying

Blends seamlessly into the skin and whist leaves a hydrating feel to the skin, does leave any noticeable colour or stickiness to the face. After using in comparison to others, I find this is mattifying for oily skin.

Does not reduce shine

I bought this product yesterday, hoping it would reduce shine on my face. It had absolutely no effect. It doesn’t reduce shine previously. I had used Garnier’s pure active matte control gel, sadly, they have discontinued this. My search will continue for a product that stops shine.

This product is fantastic! It applies to the skin really easily and cleans your skin amazing! It washes off well leaving your skin feeling soft to the touch. Ive never used one of these products before and was very pleasantly surprised

This was smooth and light and fluffy in texture. The cream absorbs completely and leaves no residue. Mystifies skin and made my skin soft and smooth.

Great product that works wonders on my skin. Leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. Doesn’t irritate and is easy to use on a daily basis. I wouldn’t use anything else now since adding this to my daily routine

Cool and refreshing for sensitive skin

Goes on lovely, smooth, cool, and melts into the skin really well. However it seems to make my skin more oily, even with patting in and using more/less.
