Generally comes out darker than expected.

I’ve used Belle Color for many years and like both it’s ease of application and it’s tonal results. However this particular colour, which would be ideal for me, often comes out a lot darker than the illustration, even though my own hair isn’t dark and has a lot of grey in it. Sometimes I can only leave it on five minutes before it becomes too dark and I have to rush to wash it off. Even then I’m stuck with dark brown hair until I can colour it again, and with my complexion needing a lighter colour now that I’m in my sixties, it does me no favours at all. I’ve just tried the golden blonde today but really that’s too light, so now I’m pie-bald!

    Yes, I recommend this product.
