    Falsely advertising frozen

    Not used yet but I bought it for frozen obsessed little girls to go in with a themed gift and the characters aren't on the packaging at all so dont buy with that expectation

    Left red blotches on 8 and 9 year old

    Only just purchased - both children came up in terrible red blotches. See from reviews not the only one. My children are not particularly sensitive to anything and have never had an issue with shampoo before but won’t use this again - can’t imagine what is in it to create such discomfort.

    Tangled and certainly not detangled

    Smells lovely and leaves daughter's hair very sort, however, the in-built detangler doesn't work and without using conditioner as well, it leaves our daughter's hair very tangled despite having straight hair. A bit disappointing

    Bought this for my 7yo child but used it twice now and she’s come out in red blotches on her head, ears, neck and shoulders (where her hair has touched) so some sort of reaction which is a shame because I think the shampoo is great! Smells lovely and made hair really soft and easy to comb.

    It doesn't detangle at all. It does the opposite of detangle. It tangles. It's shampoo with added tangler.
