Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, I tried the Perfect Silver in Pearly Grey. I have my hair cut in a short style which I wash daily. I am limited by disability which make hair dying in general a chore. Once grey, my hair looked dry and dull, but costs made salon dying impossible and the lengthy process made colouring at home too, painful to consider. I tried Perfect Silver Pearly Grey more out of hope than anything else and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. It is as easy to use as promised and only 2-3 minutes to wait before rinsing. Finally I have found a painless way of bringing some life and shine back to my hair! After the first use I found that my hair felt a little dry. I could see some colour although not as much as I had hoped. After subsequent uses I have taken to using a little of my own conditioner once I have rinsed out the product. My hair now looks glossier and in nicer condition than it has in a long time, and the colour has built up to a slight violet hue which I love! This is a terrific product which I plan to use in the future!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would I Use It Again? I stopped dyeing my hair some time ago, but sometimes I think that my grey hair needs a bit of 'oomph'. I was loathe to spend a lot of money at the hairdressers in case I didn't like the outcome so the opportunity to try this new product as a Bzz Agent was too good to miss. When opening the instructions the list of red safety warnings were a bit off putting, however they weren't so bad in reality. After waiting 48 hours from doing the spot test, and having had my hair cut, I did my first application. I didn't really notice much difference, so reapplied again two days later. While the product was easy to apply and didn't make the mess of purple I was half expecting in the bathroom, it didn't really give me the oomph I was hoping for. ( The 'before' picture is top right, with the 'after' picture on the bottom.). I'll certainly be finishing the tube, but I'm not sure that I would purchase the treatment in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Purple Rinse Brigade I'm not a stranger to colouring my hair. I haven't done it for a long time, and I normally use a permanent colour, so using a wash in, leave for two minutes hair colour didn't worry me at all. The name Garnier itself told me it would be a quality product. Had it been an unknown name, I would have done a lot of research before using the colour. I was asked to try Garnier Perfect Silver in the Pearly Grey shade. I read the instruction sheet very carefully twice, just to make sure! Okay, I've got it. Let's go. I washed my hair as usual and blotted the excess moisture out before putting on the Perfect Silver. I had read the instruction sheet twice, so I was very careful with the timing. Two minutes exactly, then I rinsed and rinsed until the water ran clear. I dried my hair and guess what? I couldn't see any difference. So, guess what I did? I read the instruction sheet again, just in case I'd missed something. I hadn't. I waited a few days and tried again. I did exactly the same as I did before and this time when dried my hair I was horrified, it was purple! My consolation is that the colour is not permanent and will wash out over a few washes.
