1. The prize draw is open to UK & ROI residents aged 16 and over, with the exception of L'Oreal (UK) Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible for the draw.
4. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
6. Entries must be received on or before 5th January 2011. The prize draw will take place on 19th January 2011.
7. The Winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the draw date.
8. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
9. Ten (10) entries will be drawn at random and each winner will receive one (1) full-size Flip Camera
10. The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes.
11. Entry forms remain the property of the promoter
12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The winners agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional use.
14. If a prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at is absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
15. The name of the winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Garnier, 255 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the draw date.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
17. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
18. English law applies and UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
