1. The prize draw is open to UK and residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, with the exception of Garnier employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible for the draw.
4. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, whether due to technical problems or otherwise. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries are the property of the Promoter.
6. Entries must be received on or before 31st May 2008. The prize draw will take place on 14th June 2008. Garnier reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. One (1) completed entry will be drawn at random as the Winner. The Winner will receive the following prize, valid for two (2) people (including him / herself):
. Seven (7) nights accommodation at the 48 Iberostar Chich Khan hotel in a twin/double room or family room with private facilities on an all inclusive basis Economy Class return flight from London Gatwick to Monastir (designated flights)
. Return coach transfers between the airport and hotel in Tunisia
. Comprehensive travel insurance, details of the travel insurance will be provided on booking. Travel insurance is subject to acceptance by the insurers.
8. The prize trip must be taken between June 2008 and March 2009 excluding the Christmas & New Year periods. All other travel dates are subject to availability of hotel and flights (Thomas Cook will notify availability when they are contacted by the Winner).
9. The Winner will be notified by post within 28 days of the draw date.
10. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
13. If a prize is declined or if a Winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
14. The name of the Winner will be provided to anyone sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Garnier, 255 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8AZ within four (4) weeks of the draw date.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
